At Luxury Wallpapers & Fabrics, we strive for perfection in every roll and yard; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-cut fabrics and bespoke wallcoverings are final sale to ensure the highest quality standards for all our patrons.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Carefully repackage the unused, unopened items in their original protective packaging to prevent creasing or damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the box and ship the parcel using a trackable, insured courier service to our distribution center.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned goods to ensure they are in pristine condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
